Can the student submit their co-borrower’s documents?

For privacy and security reasons, we ask that the co-borrower submit their documents to us directly, or grant us authorization to accept documents submitted on their behalf.

• If the student submits the documents on the co-borrower's behalf, we will email the co-borrower to confirm they authorize us to accept these documents.
• To submit their loan documents to us directly, they can do so via the Student Portal, or through email at [e-mail].
