Climb works with our servicing partners — Loan Science, Launch (for loans funded on or after 10/16/13, and UAS (for loan funded before 10/16/23 — to reach out to students as soon as they have fallen late.
- After 15 days late, they receive multiple messages from our partners a day — via phone, email, text, and direct mail.
- While we have a dedicated team to reach out to late students, our school partners often have much stronger relationships with their students than Climb does. We recommend schools reach out with a friendly reminder that Climb has options for students who have fallen behind.
