Application is finalized
Learners with a finalized application are sent an onboarding email, which contains helpful information on loan payments and financing.
Before funding
Before a loan is funded, learners are sent a credit education email, which includes an in-depth look at credit scores and their impact.
Course is completed
Once the education program is completed, learners are sent a graduation email, with tips to help them advance in their career and their finances.
