  • What is the Upfront Payment Platform? 
    • Allows schools to manage their one-time payments on the Climb platform. Payment sent to school as soon as student completes it.
  • How do students make a payment? Which payment methods does Climb accept?
    • Multiple ways to pay (ACH, credit, debit, PayPal, Venmo, prepaid card)
    • Credit and debit card, eCheck
  • Will students have their credit checked?  (soft-pull or hard-inquiry)
    • This is a non-loan payment option, so no credit check is completed. 
  • What are the student interests?
    • 0%
  • What is the annual fee?
    • No fees for the student
    • For a small fee, Climb handles all collections and payment management.
  • What are the repayment terms?
    • They are one-time payments.
  • What happens if a payment is missed?
    • Climb will send a notification to your school regarding payment.
    • Climb will send payment success/failure email to student. 
  • How do students apply?
    • Through your school's website/portal or Climb webpage
