This level can view the School Portal, request changes, and verify students. Please note that this group is unable to request refunds. |
| Finance Access |
In addition to general access permissions, this level can initiate refunds and receive finance-related emails. This access also includes overall reporting. |
| Read Only | This level can view the School Portal, but cannot make any change |
Notification levels |

| Receive "All" Notifications | Receive notifications when applications change stages in the School Portal / application process — will also receive Enrollment Verification Digest and Late Borrower Digest |
| Enrollment Verification Digest | Receive a report of loans ready for enrollment verification |
| Late Borrower Digest | Receive notifications summarizing any borrowers who are late on payments |
