How long do updates take to complete? Will I receive confirmation?

Whether you're waiting on a financing amount update or changes to a student's program start date, we understand these requests are time-sensitive and we do our best to make updates as quickly as possible! We complete all update requests within one business day — typically sooner.

  • We will automatically send a status change notification email to those subscribed to Portal updates.
  • Depending on your notifications level, you will receive a direct confirmation email from a Climb agent.
  • Once the request has been processed and changed, it'll be reflected on the School Portal.

Please allow us at least one business day to complete the request, if it passes one business day feel free to ping us via slack or using the chat function on our website!
