Canceling applications is a feature available in the School Portal. If the application is in a state that it can be cancelled, navigate to the action center and click “Cancel application.”
The request should be processed by the team in one business day.
Note: This option is only available for applications that have not yet been funded. If a student drops after the loan is funded and needs a refund, you will be able to request one through the Portal. For Refund instructions, see here.
